When you think of Texas, you may not think of ‘destination wedding’, but for Allie and Andrew, Mae’s Ridge outside of Austin, Texas was the perfect spot for their special day. They currently live in California and it was so special that they made the trip! Their intimate wedding was what colorful wedding dreams are made of and I’m so excited it’s time to show their day off on the blog!
Colorful Wedding Florals
One of the extra fun parts of this wedding day is that Allie actually works in the floral industry! She works for a floral distributor which means we had so much fun putting together the florals for their day. About 80% of them ended up coming from her distributors which I thought was such a sweet touch!
Mismatched Bridesmaids Dresses
The more we see the mismatched bridesmaid dress trend, the more we love it. It adds such a fun layer to the day. But it also allows bridesmaids to choose something they love and are comfortable in!

Floral Ceremony Install
Mae’s Ridge is one of our favorite venues to flower at because of the fun we can have with the beautiful outdoor ceremony space. And it was no different for Allie and Andrew’s day thanks to the colorful flowers we had to work with. This install brought back memories from Cassie and David’s day and the pretty install we were able to include in this same space.
