Soft Pastel Wedding at Zedler Mill | Regan + Jared

As we enter the few colder days of the year we experience here in Texas, it reminds me of the pastel spring wedding we did a few months ago that was actually freezing. Those cold days in Texas really hit you out of nowhere. Nevertheless, it was one of our favorite color palettes to date with a mixture of soft, colorful pastels, a dream team of vendors and sweetest couple (who also happen to be fellow Aggies)!

Fairytale Wedding Details

A lot of Regan’s wedding day vibes came from princesses such as Cinderella and the movie Beauty and the Beast with the ‘be our guest’ seating chart and candlesticks. I loved these small touches throughout their day. The soft pastel color palette was a perfect compliment to this and a dream to bring together in the florals. Which a combination or soft blues, pinks, peaches, cream and greenery, I couldn’t have imagined a better fairytale day for these two!

On top of the beautiful day itself, Reagan Wright was her photographer capturing all of the magic, and performing her bridesmaid duties – which was super cool! I’ve been there plenty of times doing my job and being a bridesmaids, so kudos to her!

When You Have to Go With Plan B

Having to go with plan B isn’t a bad thing – but having professionals to handle it for you will make it feel like it was the plan all along. Hiring professionals, and trusting them on your wedding day, is one of the best things you can do to relieve stress and worry on the day. As I mentioned, this spring wedding ended up being freezing. There was 30 mph wind and rain, it just wasn’t expected. A few of our planned outside installations weren’t going to work with the weather, so we had to make a quick last minute decision to move it elsewhere. The guests never even knew, the couple didn’t have to worry about it because we had it covered and it turned out perfect!
