We are big fans of the terracotta (or rust) trend we are seeing pop up in more of brides’ wedding inspiration. The color creates the perfect romantic vibe for your wedding day no matter what season you are in! Even better, you can add in so many other colors with it whether it be white and cream, or fun pops color like the teal from Raye & Jordan’s wedding or the pink from Bri & Ian’s micro-wedding.
Wedding Day at Gruene Estate
Darci and Cameron’s wedding day at Gruene Estate are what terracotta dreams are made of!! The details throughout their reception space included terracotta knotted napkins, dried oranges, amber vases, dried cream florals and so much more that brought this day together.
The chapel was adorned with a fun pampas grass floral install and aisle arrangements of pampas that definitely made a statement in the open air chapel.
Terracotta Mismatched Bridesmaids Dresses
Have you seen the mismatched bridesmaid dress trend? It’s one I definitely hope doesn’t go away anytime soon. Not only does it give your wedding a unique look no matter the color scheme, but it also allows for your girls to be comfortable in what they are wearing! Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to clothing and finding a single dress with a large number of bridesmaids can prove to be a bit difficult. The solution? Let your ladies pick a dress within your color scheme (and with your approval, of course)!
A Fun Accessory for the Bride
We can’t end this blog post without taking a moment for Darci’s hat. It was such a unique piece to add to her bridal accessories. Her friend, Nelson, is a hatter and made it just for her special day!
