Planning a Romantic + Jewel-Toned Wedding

From our very first consult, I knew Raye would be one of my favorites. We started off getting to know each other as she told me all about her dream day, how they had been together for a little over 7 years, her love for design and all the ideas she had dreamt of for their wedding day. My mind was turning with ideas and I knew I was going to get to have fun with this one. When we got to her color palette I was OBSESSED and couldn’t wait to create a romantic day around her colors of rust, teal and coral.

We had over a year to plan and she already had some of my favorite vendor friends booked to work with. Romantic hanging floral boxes, bold colors and greenery installations in the chapel were on the list and I could tell right away that it was all going to be a dream. We instantly bonded over our excitement for her want of teal tapered candles and napkins amongst the florals we had planned and never looked back.

While we didn’t have to reschedule their wedding date, Raye and Jordan were a couple that stuck through the craziness of 2020 with us. As we got closer to the wedding date and final decisions were made, Raye continued to trust us with the design for their big day even with the possible obstacles we could face – a dream Reiley and Rose bride!

Wedding Day at The Chandelier of Gruene

Raye + Jordan were married on the most perfect February day (a week before Texas froze) on the same day that Raye’s grandparents were married 64 years ago. It was gorgeous and the bold color palette we had dreamt of came together without a hitch for these two to say ‘I do’!
